Collaboration

Every year, the Business Design Centre organises more than 100 events across a range of sectors, including hospitality, culinary, fashion, beauty, and more. Renting an office at the BDC offers a special opportunity since you can collaborate with event organisers to have your showroom highlighted at the event. You will still be accessible to the crowds that attend other exhibitions even if your showroom is unrelated to the one on display, which might mean daily business opportunities.

The Rich
History

The BDC is not your typical North London office block. From its start in 1862 as the Agricultural Hall and a location to keep animals as part of the Smithfield animals Club Show, the building has a long and illustrious history. Following World War II, the building fell into disrepair. However, it was revived in the 1980s and changed into the BDC that is known today—a gathering space for globally renowned companies and events to collaborate on something really unique. The distinctive building and striking metalwork of the BDC provide a genuine impression of being enmeshed in London’s past as you go about your daily activities.
