Coaching Development began its contribution to the world of coaching in 2003. We partner with individuals and organisations to deliver coach training that can be applied to any context and profession… Whether you’re starting out and working on your skillset, working toward your coaching credential, or more experienced and working on your continuing professional development, we offer highly experiential face-to-face and online, in-depth, practice-based learning.

We invite you to enjoy your training in a safe learning environment… We believe that you ‘learn by doing’ and provide ample opportunity for this whether it be in London, Ireland, Lithuania, South Africa or your offices; we’re also very pleased to visit and work in-house with you (when conditions allow).

Hundreds of individuals from across the globe have trained with us… It has been a privilege to work with our students, some from the outset of their coaching journeys and then to welcome them back to our CPD programmes and complimentary alumni events. We offer many programmes and workshops for professional development, including specialisms such as team coaching, supervision and transactional analysis for coaches.

We are proud of our established track record in providing bespoke training and facilitation… We regularly partner with leaders and their teams, supporting them to develop and then strengthen the internal coaching capability of the organisation.
